Power, Heart Rate, Threshold, and Zone Analysis (45-60 min)
Bring in your own bicycle. Our certified coach will use the Power Tap system and put you through a series of testing to determine your max power, power at anaerobic and aerobic thresholds, lactate heart rate, lactate threshold, and establish your power and heart rate training zones.
Step One- Warm Up and Consultation (15-20 min)
Before and during your warm up, you will consult with our experienced and certified coach.
Step Two- Testing (15-20 min)
Our coach will take you through a series of varied efforts during which we will determine all of your training zones.
Step Three- Cool Down and Analysis (10-20 min)
Our coach will download your data to our Power Tap computer, analyze, and review your data with you so that you fully understand and are ready to use your new information. You will be provided with power and heart rate zone charts to assist you in taking your training to the next level.
